Our manufacturing technology's greatest advantage is that after the completion of 3D drawings, all preparations (production lists, CNC programs, cutting programs) are handled by our company-specific software, resulting in nearly all machining being performed by automated machines without human intervention. Consequently, only products that appear in the drawings can be produced.

Coordination, On-site Survey
The first step in the manufacturing process is coordination with the client.
During the survey, we discuss the type of furniture needed and, if the client has any ideas about the type of wood or the appearance of the product, we note these down as well. During the survey, the client can choose from various materials and color palettes.
After assessing the requirements, the next crucial step is the on-site survey.
During the on-site survey, we measure the dimensions of the space to ensure that the finished custom furniture fits perfectly.
Planning
The most important stage of custom furniture making is careful design, both on paper and by machine.
We use software optimised for the way we work, including a version tailored to our workshop, to complete the job with a complex, precise process.
Once we have assessed your needs, we produce drawings using 3D technology after consultation.
The visual design helps us to automate the process, but it is also essential to give you a complete picture of the look, colour and shape of the finished furniture.
With the help of the program, you can view the designed furniture in any setting, from any point in the space, giving you a comprehensive picture of how your future furniture will look.
Completed programmes posting to machines, automation
From the finalized drawings, a software tailored for our company generates the preparation of work, material requisitions, creating a program sent to the machining machines, thereby fully automating the processes. The advantage of the automated system is that no errors occur during the workflow, ensuring no discrepancies in the wood material or its quality. The automatic panel saw precisely sizes the materials. The panel saw also prints a label containing essential information (customer name, part name, material code, edges to be sealed) that is attached to every component. If there's even a slight deviation in the material, the system automatically alerts and halts the machining of the respective component.
We manufacture veneer materials from the selected timber, thus working with a single material, eliminating pattern and color differences between the sheets.
We seal the edges of the components on our edge banding machine. The materials then move to the CNC machining machines, where we scan the unique QR code identifier of the furniture panels, followed by the setup of all machining operations on the component. Components requiring surface treatment are transferred to the finishing workshop, where final surface finishes are applied. The finished components are assembled in the assembly workshop into the final, completed product.
Delivery and Installation of Furniture
Following the completion of manufacturing, we arrange for the delivery and installation of your custom furniture at a pre-agreed upon time. This service ensures that we handle all aspects of assembly, relieving you of any installation burdens, allowing you to simply enjoy your finished, personalized furniture.
